-Reporting to the Technical Manager, the candidate will be responsible in providing Customers with timely, professional, efficient and effective technical expertise on system support.
-Supporting Cloud(IaaS,PaaS),Enterprise IT Solutions (Infrastructure, Security, Virtualization, Backup and Storage) and Internet, Data Center."
-System installation, configurations and administration on Multiple Operating System platforms (e.g. Windows or RedHat Linux).
-Perform installation, configuration, customization and tuning of data storage products (SAN & NAS).
-High availability solution (e.g. Windows Clustering, Veritas Clustering, hardware Load balancing).
-Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
-Involve in project management to coordinate and transit all technical deliverables into production environment. |

| 募集要項 |
-Min 5 yrs of IT experience in IT Solutioning or Senior System Engineer.
-In-depth working knowledge with Virtualization and its related technologies, Storage, Blade Servers, Linux and Windows Servers.
-Hands on experience with MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, Group Policy, Virtualization (Vmware, Hyper-v & Citrix), HP & Cisco Blade system and backup solutions (Symantec, CA & Veeam) configuration and troubleshooting.
-Familiar with CA Arcserve, Symantec Netbackup, Symantec, Backup Exec, Veeam and Acronis.
-Excellent knowledge of server hardware (including SCSI, RAID and I/O topology).
-Excellent knowledge of storage hardware (including Fiber channel, clustering, etc).
-Relevent IT certifications will be the added advantages such as VCP or MCSE 2008 or MCITP or CCNP Data Center or SAN Certification.
-Familiar with market trends for systems and SI solution appliances.
-Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with current technologies.
-Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skills.
-For Singaporean / Singaporean Permanent Resident:Diploma holder is considered
-For Foreigner:Degree holder (due to EP requirement) |
