お仕事内容 Channel Account Specialist(Japanese Speaking)
業務内容詳細 /Remote account management responsibility for assigned country and/or channel partners
/Support channel partners in programmatic manner based on the “1-to-many” breadth channel model
/Respond and manage Channel Partner’s queries and escalations based on pre-defined procedures and SLAs.
/Support business relationship between Client and the Channel Partner(s) by working closely with the Manager to identify and meet business objectives for the channel.
/Ensure ongoing compliance with Distribution/Licensing agreements.
/Manage account in business areas of order/demand forecasting, inventory management, credit, returns, and contract management.
/Roll out new programs/operational initiatives and provide associated training and tool support to Channel Partners and subsidiary.
/Collaborate with Customer Care team to map and analyze query trends to support efforts to improve quality of service offerings in areas of query management, escalation management and channel readiness activities.
/Publish Performance Scorecard and conduct performance review with Channel Partners to ensure KPIs are met
/Develop and implement solutions to constantly enhance overall customer satisfaction levels of Channel Partners.
/Support the Manager in the end-to-end activities of on-boarding new Channel Partners and off-boarding of existing Channel Partners within the stipulated timeline.
/Solicit feedback from channel partners and work with the relevant functional teams to strive for continuous process improvement to achieve higher operational efficiency and greater partner experience.
/She / He works closely with all levels of Operations and Sales staff.

募集要項 /BA/BS or equivalent is required with minimum 3 - 4 years business experience in account management, business operations, supply chain management or logistics.
/Good knowledge of distribution channels. Specific knowledge of the business activities within the assigned Channel Partner account(s) would be a plus.
/Good knowledge of the Microsoft Volume Licensing Programs would be of advantage.
/Strong background in customer service and account management.
/Experience in international and / or domestic logistics or supply chain management.
/General knowledge of international business and a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity required.
/Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience and interpersonal skills required.
/Highly self- motivated and able to work across various teams/business streams to achieve desired results
/Good Japanese and English (spoken and written) is essential; other languages such as Korean, Mandarin would be a plus
