募集要項	- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in designing and development, deploying application software. - Applications Development/Support experience. - Skill sets: (Database) MS-SQL, MS-Access (Language) VB, VBA, VB.Net, ASP.NET (Reporting Tools) Excel Reporting, etc - Good in Project Documentation. - High level of communications skills, - Problem-solving and Decision making skills, Inter-personal skills, Project Management. Advantages if you have - Experience of software development in financial industry. - Basic knowledge of financial products and market. - Basic knowledge about hardware - Strong background of MS Access/Excel especially in VBA. - Bilingual in both English & Japanese with good interpersonal skills
