業務内容詳細 |
・Engage in day to day secretarial operations. Performs sales and administrative duties, filing, book-keeping, and coordination of tasks between suppliers and clients. Manage reports and timely delivery to management.
・Handling of quotation, invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, claims and expenses etc for completeness and accuracy. Personally follows up with discrepancies and resolves problems, as well as negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
・Facilitating business transactions among Japanese HQ, oversea partners, clients, suppliers and the company.
・Research on the market what kind of product, service is now on-going as IT Trend.
・Organize programmers for visits and coordinate bookings for travel, hotels, etc.
・Maintains and coordinates a calendar of activities, meetings / appointments and various events.
・Preparation of reports on meetings, minutes and PowerPoint presentations. |
