A. Responsible for establishing relationships with Corporate Accounts in the APAC region (hereinafter referred to as "Accounts") and understanding Accounts’ business situations and supply chain challenges. Focused industries for Accounts: Automotive (including motorcycle and construction machinery), High-tech (including semi-conductor, electric components, and Home Appliance), Foods and Healthcare.
B.Responsible for solution proposals based on understandings of Accounts' supply chain* challenges (including suggestions for business development both internally and externally). *”Supply chain” stands for whole the sequence of processes involved in the upstream procurement, heart of the contract logistics and downstream distribution.
C.Responsible for acquisition of proposed opportunities for Accounts and support in implementing acquired projects with each Yamato Group Subsidiaries.
D.Responsible for handling and summarizing responses to RFQs and bids for Accounts, as well as negotiations with them.
E.Responsible for ensuring the Profit/Loss, Operating Revenue & Gross Profit planning is set annually for Accounts.
F.Responsible for facilitating and expediting the above A to E through efficient collaboration with Yamato Group (including Japan and each subsidiary).
G.To provide guidance based on experience to all relevant stakeholders and Yamato branch offices within the region.
H.Report business progress to APAC Regional Director, Global business strategy in Yamato Japan, and MD, Dy MD & AVP in each Yamato Group Subsidiaries in APAC on a regular basis. (Weekly, Monthly).
