業務内容詳細	•Develop and implement policies for software testing •Review test reports and provide feedback to relevant parties such as Managers, Engineers and the team members •Review and analyse test plans and test results •Confirm the business/software requirements and share them with test engineers •Plan, execute and manage the testing of specified software releases •Measure metrics to assess tested products and the test team's performance to achieve quality goals •Develop new testing methods and strategies •In the mid-long term, work with other Managers and Engineers to make continuous observations and improvements to the product development process for software quality enhancement
