- To develop, ensure and maintain best practice corporate governance across group companies, applying the core principles of good corporate governance, fairness, authority, responsibility, and accountability in how their operates, to have management responsibility for Business Support.
- Enhance & maintain compliance management function and legal support for them and other group companies in Singapore.
- Enhance General affair function and establish standardized management way which in line with HQ policy.
- Budget management and collaboration with the accounting team.
- To manage the estate management, security, health & safety, maintenance and insurance matters. |

募集要項 |
- At least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- More than 10 years of work experience in General Affairs and Legal & Compliance field.
- Solid understanding of risk and compliance principles and frameworks.
- Familiar with Company acts and other regulations which are applicable in Singapore.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience and Welcome management experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand the impact of regulatory changes on the business
- Ability to work closely with headquarter in Japan and local related parties, (Ex. Accounting firm, auditor, lawyer, Secretary Agent)
- Someone who works collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures.
- An open-minded and hands-on person who easily adapts to a fast-moving & multicultural environment.
- Preferable with work experience in Japanese company.
- Preferable with 3 years or more experience in management.
- Proficient in drafting internal and external reports and proposals.
- Fast Learner, meticulous, able to multi-task, and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS office applications. Also, a fast learner for other ICT software / tools.
- Able to meet the dateline set for reporting. |
