Business and Sales Strategizing for Growth:
- To plan and implement strategies for organizational HR consulting business and market penetration into global markets for the company and business growth
- To take the lead in initiating client contact, meetings, proposals, and related projects
Client Management:
- To conduct meetings with and accurately understand the client’s organizational/HR challenges and needs and provide suitable consultation and solutions to them
- To create materials relating to consulting projects with clients
Project Management:
- To ensure smooth training or program delivery (e.g., logistics management, pre-sales support, and post-sales follow-up)
- To create the project deliverables (e.g., reports, surveys etc.)
• People and Project Team Management:
- To guide, develop, and lead junior consultants to be independent, capable consultants in project deliverables and client management
- To delegate tasks appropriately and set timelines and schedules for projects
Operational and Administrative Management for ongoing projects:
- To ensure timely update of internal CRM
- To continuously provide operational excellence support by creating and/or updating documents and/or deliverables
- To perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required |

Hard Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Experience: Compensation will commensurate with relevant experience accordingly.
- At least 3 years of experience in Organizational HR consultancy or in-house HR/HRBP/Organizational Development/Learning & Development roles // Other Consultancy or In-house Strategic/Corporate Planning and Development/Project Management roles // Other Corporate Sales/Marketing roles (non-tangible services preferred)
- Experience working with Japanese clients is preferred but not essential
• Computer Skills: Able to use MS Suite including PowerPoint
Language Skills:
- Able to fluently use English as a primary language to engage with global internal and external stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of the Japanese language in listening and reading are additional points of preference for receiving emails/enquiries from and working with Japanese clients or working with global internal and external stakeholders, but not necessary
Soft Skills:
• A determinedness to grow in this field, and with a humility to learn and develop themselves
• Long-term professional interest in human resources consulting; organizational development; learning and development; training development and delivery
• Able to present and speak fluently
• Strong client-facing partner, with the client interests always the driving force of your work
