業務内容詳細	シンガポールにある日系企業の、海外拠点統括オフィスにて、財務・経理面の子会社取りまとめをして頂くポジションです。【Job Responsibilities】 -Oversee review and adhere to the budgets for the company and overseas group companies -Set-up the company's budget -Manage the company's monthly, quarterly actual closing -Ensure that all company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation -Analyze the actual performance compare with last year-end budget -Analyze financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future -Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed -Monitor cash flow, accounts and other financial transactions -Advice of accounting and taxation for group companies -Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis -Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk -Auditing of contract to ensure financial services is up-to-date Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions and accountants -Update and implement financial policies and procedures -Maintain a policy manual for the finance department -To supervise the transfer pricing transaction for the company and subsidiaries
