業務内容詳細	Reporting to the HR GM and Directors, you shall oversee the HR activities and review practices in order to achieve KPIs. Working with the management team, HR staff and Union, you shall also participate in policies establishment and decision making in meeting the organisation needs. -Manage the HR team to achieve excellence in best practices. -Plan and manage departmental operation budget -Review organisation planning & establish appropriate human resource development & succession strategies -Establish appropriate training plan / programs in the area of talent development to make growth to achieve company goals. -Establish staffing strategies to enhance company’s core competencies. -Manage & ensure remuneration activities to comply with regulatory standards -Review & enhance performance evaluation system -Establish motivational programs to uphold company culture & values -Participate as a management team member in policy making / decision for the organisation needs -As the company representative to build good relationship with Union to resolve issues.
