業務内容詳細	•Building and maintaining strong Client relationships and to be the first point of contact for the Client on day to day matters •Managing projects on a day to day basis to ensure the Client needs are being met and exceeded •Working seamlessly with the UK-based team to ensure smooth delivery of new product launches and client onboarding •Presenting (verbally and in writing) the Agency's proposals and recommendations effectively, logically and concisely •Delivering effective training to the client, dealer marketing agencies and wider dealer network •Proactively working to enhance the engagement of the Cortex platform with the network •Relaying constructive feedback on the platform back to our product team to further enhance the platform •Responsibility for day to day budget management, monitoring all job costs, and obtaining approval before spend is committed •Forecasting of agency income and resource requirements.
