Jobs in hot demand in Singapore

According to the Ministry Of Manpower, jobs that are in high demand as of last month are software developers, shop sale assistants and teachers.

The current vacancies by types of work are:
White collar - 5000 vacancies
Blue collar - 4000 vacancies
Pink collar - 3000 vacancies

The jobs in hot demands include administrative and support services such as security guards, cleaners in schools, hospitals and food and beverage establishments.

Job vacancies in teachers, healthcare assistants and management executives, are also on the rise, as well as waiters, cooks and hotel cleaners.

On the contrary, jobs related to real estate services are less in demand, such as industrial establishment cleaners, housekeepers and maintenance officers.
