Boss from hell or another complaint by millennials?

"He cut my salary by S$1,000 Because he felt like it"

The above title among the latest articles on the Vulcan Post website caught my eyes.

Vulcan Post has readers mainly between 20 and 25 years, which is called Millennials or Strawberry generation.

The writer received the question from her friend: "If your boss says things in a passive aggressive manner like 'If you screw up, I'll chop you up and feed you to the hyenas' to you, it's worth reporting to HR or MOM right?"

She says that she had no solution to give him.

"Would HR give him solution or would HR take the side of the boss, thinking of his complaint as coming from - another entitled millennial - from the strawberry generation?"
