Evolution of AI has been the keyword through this year.

Looking back to it, AI talents were used for financial industries, customer services and other jobs in Singapore, where there did not result in many people losing jobs.

There is still a fear that AI will take over majority of human jobs.

But on the bright side, AI engineers will be hunted by companies.

For example, New York Times has been looking for an AI reporter manager.

The requirements are that he or she has to be an experienced journalist and has programming, news judgement and data investigation skills.

The New York Times is aiming for the CAR(computer-assisted reporting) to produce news reports every day.

Although AI is not being used on a great scale, companies are planning to strategically incooperate AI from next year onward.

It will be crucial for people to understand AI's capabilities and where humans should play their parts.
