The recent survey finds that the highest number of complaints about online shopping experiences are from Singaporeans, among all Southeast Asian countries.
34.7% of complaints over 30,000 e-commerce customer reviews were made by Singapore consumers.
The number of complaints made by Thai consumers ranked in the second position while the Philippines ranked in the third.
It also revealed that Singaporeans write complaints in capital letters which is 25% more likely than Malaysians.
Should we be proud to have gained the No.1 position or ashamed of it?
Well, it says that the complaints by Singaporeans are usually not related to price while the Philippines are about product prices.
